By placing an order on our platform or browsing the site, you confirm that you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not accept these terms, you should refrain from placing sweet orders.
2. Pure Desi Ghee & Artisanal Quality
All sweets created at Vedant Sweets are made in traditional batches with 100% pure cow desi ghee and natural raw ingredients without synthetic preservatives.
- Handmade Variations: Each piece of mithai is sculpted by traditional halwais; slight variations in color or texture reflect authentic batch preparation.
- Storage Requirements: Please store sweets in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, or refrigerate as indicated on the product box.
3. Pricing & Payments
All product prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of all applicable GST. Payments must be fully authorized before order dispatch.
4. Shipping & Perishables Policy
Because our delicacies are freshly prepared food items, we cannot accept returns once packages are opened. In the event of transit damage or quality concerns, report the issue within 24 hours of delivery along with photos for an immediate replacement or refund.
5. Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising out of the purchase of products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Ludhiana, Punjab, India.
